This is the core service I provide and where most clients stay long-term as their business grows.

Finance Setup & Transition Support (Short-Term)
£1,250 per month — up to 3 months only
This is for construction businesses that aren’t quite ready for full ongoing support, but need their finances brought under control properly.
This is suitable if:
Your books need tidying before moving forward
You’ve outgrown your current setup
You want to understand where you really stand before committing longer-term
Typically includes:
Bookkeeping clean-up and structure
Review of VAT, CIS, and payroll setup
Initial cashflow and margin visibility
Clear, practical recommendations on next steps
Important to note:
This is short-term support only
Ongoing advisory, forecasting, and full monthly reporting are not included
At the end of the period, we’ll either:
Move into Construction Finance Partner support, or
Close things cleanly with no obligation
